Never throw away your over ripe bananas again! Turn them into a delicious treat for yourself, family, friends, and co-workers.

BANANA BREAD

2 Cups Flour
1 Cup Sugar or Substitute
½ Cup Olive Oil
4-5 Ripe Bananas
2 Eggs
1½ Tbsp. Vanilla
1½ Tsp. Baking Powder
1 Tsp. Baking Soda
1 Tsp. Cinnamon Powder
1 Tsp. Nutmeg - grated
½ Tsp. Salt
Optional: *1 Cup Nuts -finely chopped – for those without Nut allergies! ** You can also Jazz it up with Raisins and/or Chocolate Chips!
Instructions
Start by Pre-heating your Oven to 350 degrees F and layer a 9 x 5 inches Loaf Pan with foil paper.

In a bowl, combine flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt.
In another bowl cream the eggs and sugar together.
Mash banana in a large bowl then stir in vanilla, nutmeg, cinnamon, and oil. Next, you add the flour mix then egg and sugar mix.
Optional: Add the Nuts &/Or Raisins, Chocolate Chips.
Mix/Stir until all your ingredients have been combined - Pour your combined mixture into the loaf pan.
Bake for 1 hour, then allow to cool.

Serve with Coffee or your favorite Tea anytime of day or night - Even with a glass of wine!
